HEADCHECK Health encrypts and secures personal information while its on your device, in transit or on our Canadian-based HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant servers. When you sign up with HEADCHECK you are requested to create a password that enables you to get access to the app and your HEADCHECK Information. Keep this password confidential and don’t share it with anyone to keep your data safe.
You can authorize who has access to this information by logging into your account on the HEADCHECK web portal. All passwords are encrypted and Portal URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your HEADCHECK Health information.
