My profile
Once you've logged into your account, you will see your athlete profile page. It should look something like this:
Your athlete profile is a spot where you can update information about yourself so that your medical caretakers have the most accurate information for you. From this page, you can do things like:
- Add a profile photo
- Update your emergency contact information
- Change your login password
- Update your medical background
On the right hand side of the page, you'll see a menu which covers the other information you will have access to. More information on these sections below!
My teams
When you click on "My Teams" from the menu, you'll be shown a list of all the teams your profile is connected to.
Clicking on the team's name will show you the team details as well as which Medical professionals have access to your concussion history and what their role is. It is important for people who are within your medical circle of care have access to this information so that they can make more appropriate decisions about the best next steps to take in your medical plan.
In this example, Mary plays for the Bandits, and her Athletic Therapist Janice has access to her concussion history.
My Tests
The last menu option is "My Tests". From this section you can see all concussion tests that you have received by date and time. You can see who administered the test and whether it was a baseline or post-injury test.
From this page you can also:
- view test results
- add a new symptom test to your profile
