One of the most important things you can do to help your recovery is to make sure your doctors and Athletic Therapists know what is going on when you're not with them. One of the ways you can do this is by updating them on how you're feeling as they direct from time to time. We've tried to make this as easy for you as possible and there are only 3 steps you need to take:
1. Click Add Test
Clicking add test will open up a new browser tab which displays some questions specific to you.
2. Answer the questions: Click the appropriate answer markings in the web browser so that you see a change in the circle you're clicking. The questions vary from quality of sleep and energy level to specific symptoms. When grading your symptoms, report how you are feeling as of the moment of testing on a scale from 0 (non-existent) to 6 (severe).
3. Save the test. Click the > button to get to your save test screen and after entering the appropriate notes, click "Save".
Once your test has been saved, you'll see the test appear on your "My Tests" page.
