Who is this for: Organization Administrators, Team Medical Staff, Coaches, and Managers.
Update information in your HEADCHECK account using the web portal at https://portal.headcheckhealth.ca. If you are attached to more than one organization, choose your primary organization.
From the dashboard, select your name located on the right hand side and choose “View my profile.” On this page, you are able to add a profile picture, edit your personal information, and change your username and/or password. Once changed, select at the bottom of the page to update your profile.
