Welcome to HEADCHECK! Our mission at HEADCHECK is to provide technology that helps ensure all athletes are receiving the latest and best standardized concussion testing and follow up. We hope that using HEADCHECK with your Physician or Athletic Therapist will help you stay on the same page and get you back to full health as soon as possible.
Some of the things you can do with your Athlete account include:
- Updating your medical information in HEADCHECK
- Viewing tests or notes that your caregivers have completed for you
- Completing a self evaluation of your current symptoms to give your caregivers an update on your current state
- Checking which of your teams and caregivers are using HEADCHECK
To get your Athlete account set up, your Physician or Athletic Therapist will use their HEADCHECK web panel to send you an email with a link to set your username and password. If you are not sure whether you have an account, please speak with your Team or Clinic, or contact our support team at support@headcheckhealth.com.
Once you have received the email from HEADCHECK Health, open the link titled “Join Now” to set your username and password. After selecting your username and password and clicking “Confirm”, you will be able to login.
