There are two ways to login to our app. You can either login through our website or through our Apple or Android apps. When logging in through our web portal or app, make sure that 'Administrator' is selected.
To login via our website, go to our login page and sign in using the user name and password you set when you finished your account set up from the email link that was sent to you. Make sure you watch the capitals and symbols, the username and password is case sensitive. Please note that instead of your username, you can enter the email address that is associated with your HeadCheck account.
To login via our app, open our app on your mobile device and login using the same credentials as you use for HeadCheck web. If you haven’t downloaded our app yet, follow the instructions here.
Some common issues when logging in:
- Username and password are case sensitive, so please watch the capitals and symbols carefully
- If you have forgotten your username or you have been locked out of your account, please contact us via our chat tool or by sending a message to support@headcheckhealth.com
- Make sure “Administrator” is selected as the account type, not “Athlete”
- If you don’t see emails from HeadCheck, check your junk folder and review your email’s spam settings
