Yes. For HEADCHECK Health, trust is incredibly important to us and that means you need to be able to trust us with your child's information.
HEADCHECK Health encrypts and secures personal information while it's on your device, in transit or on our Canadian-based HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant servers. When you sign up with HEADCHECK you are requested to create a password that enables you to get access to the app and your HEADCHECK Information. Keep this password confidential and don’t share it with anyone to keep your data safe.
You can authorize who has access to this information by logging into your account on the HEADCHECK web portal. All passwords are encrypted and Portal URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You, your child, and authorized members of your child's treatment team are the only ones who can access your child's HEADCHECK information.
